Schools and government offices in Kashmir are set to reopen on Monday following ground situation reviews by local administration said Jammu and Kashmir administration. The restrictions in Kashmir will be removed and the government said to the Supreme Court responding to a petition to immediately lift the restrictions on the media after a lockdown that is there for more than 10 days.

The ground situation is reviewed daily and  Supreme Court must trust security agencies said government to the top court. Jammu and Kashmir was placed under  security cover and  orders banning  gatherings since August 4 - after the government announced withdrawing special status and  bifurcating it into two union territories

The situation is slowly coming to normalcy as most of the Government Offices are already open and the communication is being restored slowly. amit shah already lashed out at the Congress for not revoking Article 370 just for the sake of Vote Bank. The schools and other institutes will also be opened by Monday. Almost 400 political leaders of the Kashmir Valley are under detention. top mainstream political leaders remain under arrest.
