National award winning actor Dhanush, who had turned a director last year with Paa Paandi, and also dons, multiple hats like lyricist, singer, producer, had his last release as an actor with VIP 2, and as a producer with his last week release, the Superstar Rajnikanth starrer Kaala.
While he had been missing in action for more than 6-7 months, it was always known that the actor had been busy shooting for his national award winner movie Aadukalam maker Vetrimaran's ambitious north madras based trilogy Vada Chennai. Now, the movie has got some important dates set.
Vada Chennai, which also stars Aishwarya Rajesh as Dhanush's pair, besides also starring Ameer, Andrea, Kishore, Samuthirakani among others, will have its trailer released on July 28, on eve of Dhanush's birthday, and the actor has himself taken it to Twitter to also announce that the first part of Vada Chennai trilogy will release in September.
