As per sources, Director Sundar.C will direct the remake and Controversial Hero STR will be reprising the role of Pawan Kalyan. Samantha has been approached to do the same role once again. However, she said NO and the offer went to Megha.
Sundar.C is the one who was about to kickstart the magnum opus 'Sangamitra' project. But, the movie gets repeated delays as the production house is running out of money. In this case, Samantha said she's bored to do the same role again.
