Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is now ready to donate his organs after death and he said he was inspired by the positive response of 120,000 persons who donated their organs. Chandrababu Naidu also insisted that a lesson on Organ Donation will be soon added in school curriculum so that the students understand the value.
He also plans to make organ donation pledge mandatory while issuing driver licenses. Chandrababu Naidu also said the people of Andhra should overcome the rumors around Organ donation.
He said people should have an awareness on the organ donation and how their action can save a new life. Tamil Nadu has been adjudged the best state in Organ Donation for the third time in the row as the state retrieved 5933 organs from 1056 donors.
